Anchor House

Anchor House is a charming town house above the harbour with panoramic sea views and has been recently refurbished to an exacting standard, furnished and decorated with style and comfort in mind.

This makes a perfect holiday house if you want peace and tranquility, and to be close to beaches and the bustling harbour with an abundance of tavernas, shops and local amenities.

The house has been interior designed and traditionally decorated in Poros colours using a mix of soft pastel shades and vibrant colours with white.

Approximately 5 minutes walk from the harbour along the white painted streets of Poros [quicker going down to the harbour than coming back!] and you reach this pretty detached house with terraces looking out to sea. An open plan area encompasses the living-dining room and kitchen with doors to the terrace.

On the first floor is the living-dining area and kitchen, with the main bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Approached by separate entrance is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Both bedrooms and the living room have sea views.

First Floor

Entrance door from external stair and terrace into sitting room. The sitting room, with air-conditioning, opens onto a balcony with a westerly view overlooking the harbour, sea and Peloponnese beyond.

The dining area seats 6-8 people adjacent to the open plan kitchen.

Bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning and French windows opening onto small terraces to the front and back of the house.

Bathroom with bath, basin, w.c. and walk-in shower.

Ground Floor

Bedroom with its own entrance from the courtyard with two single beds, air-conditioning and westerly sea view.  Ensuite shower room.

All bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided and changed weekly.

Prices for this Property are in Euros.

Whilst we would prefer to be paid in euros we are happy to be paid in sterling, based on the exchange rate quoted on the Marks & Spencer website currency converter (money.marksandspencer.com/travel/travel-money/overview/).  The sterling rental price we quote will be fixed for both the deposit and balance payments regardless of any exchange rate fluctuations inbetween.

Changeover day is normally on a Saturday but we are happy to quote you for rental periods of less than 7 days.  We can negotiate a discount for bookings of longer than 2 weeks and can change the arrival and departure dates to suit you.
